NSBasic Wizard

To open NSBasic Wizard select Tools > NSBasic Wizard menu command. Then, follow the wizard steps to import your project.

 

Step 1: in this first step, select your NSBasic compiled file (.NSB).

 

Step 2: select the NSBasic version you used to compile your application and the NSBasic platform of your application.

 

Step 3: select the setup device you want to import the files for.

 

Step 4: select the setup processors you want to support.

 

Step 5: select the runtimes your application uses.

 

Step 6: mark I want to use a custom icon for the compiled file if you want to define a custom icon for the .NSB file. Select the icon file you want to use. VisualSetup only supports multiple resolution icons with either the 16x16-pixels 16-colors and 32x32-pixels 16-colors resolutions or 16x16-pixels 256-colors and 32x32-pixels 256-colors resolutions. To create multiple resolution icons you need to use an icon editor, a good one is Icon Workshop available at http://www.axialis.com.
