Setup Registry

Setup Registry are the registry's entries that will be installed in the Windows computer (desktop computer). To open the Setup Registry editor, select Project > Setup Registry's Entries menu command.

Select the registry's key you want to navigate in the Desktop Registry's Keys toolbox (to show this toolbox select View > Setup Registry's Keys menu command), and then change the registry's entries properties or add new registry's entries. To add a registry's entry to current registry's key select Edit > Add Registry's Entry menu command.

Component

The component related to the registry's entry.

Conditions

The conditions used to either install or not install the registry's entry. For more information about writing condition, read the Logical Expressions topic.

Language

The language of the registry's entry. Before selecting the language you want, you must to define it in the Setup Languages editor.

 

Registry's Entry Properties

 

Name

The registry's entry name.

Type

The type of registry's entry.

Value

The value of the registry's entry.

 

Windows Version

 

Max Win NT Version

The maximum version of Windows NT that this registry's entry supports.

Max Win Version

The maximum version of Windows that this registry's entry supports.

Min Win NT Version

The minimum version of Windows NT that this registry's entry supports.

Min Win Version

The minimum version of Windows that this registry's entry supports.

Win Platforms

The Windows' platforms that this registry's entry supports.
