Setup Resources

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

You will need to translate some setup resources to create a multi-language. For example, the License Agreement setup text must to be translated to each language you want to support, but the company logo does not. So, exactly as the setup files, shortcuts and system configurations, you will just add additional versions of the setup resources, to the ones that are language-dependent.

To define that a bitmap is language-dependent, just select the bitmap want you want, and then change its Language property selecting the correspondent Setup Language. Then include the other version of the bitmap with the same Name property and then select the correspondent Setup Language in the Language property.

For example, let suppose the HI bitmap is language-dependent, then you will include these bitmap twice in your project, and set the Language property of these bitmaps to the correspondent value.

You will do the same for the Setup Icons and Setup Texts that are language-dependents.
