Setup Shortcuts

Setup Shortcuts are the shortcuts that will be installed in the Windows computer (desktop computer). To open the Setup Shortcuts editor, select Project > Setup Shortcuts menu command.

Select the folder you want to navigate in the Desktop Shortcuts toolbox (to show this toolbox select View > Setup Shortcuts' Folders menu command), and then change the shortcuts' properties or add new shortcuts. To add a shortcut to current folder select Edit > Add Shortcut menu command.

 

The available properties for Setup Shortcuts are:

 

Conditional Information

 

Component

The component related to the shortcut.

Conditions

The conditions used to either install or not install the shortcut. For more information about writing condition, read the Logical Expressions topic.

Language

The language of the shortcut. Before selecting the language you want, you must to define it in the Setup Languages editor.

 

Icon Information

 

Icon File

The icon file of the shortcut. This file must to be defined in the Setup Files editor.

Icon Index

The index of the icon file.

 

Shortcut Information

 

Description

The description of the shortcut.

Parameters

The parameters used to call the target file.

Show Command

The way the target file is shown.

Target

The target of the shortcut.

Title

The title of the shortcut.

 

Windows Version

 

Max Win NT Version

The maximum version of Windows NT that this shortcut supports.

Max Win Version

The maximum version of Windows that this shortcut supports.

Min Win NT Version

The minimum version of Windows NT that this shortcut supports.

Min Win Version

The minimum version of Windows that this shortcut supports.

Win Platforms

The Windows' platforms that this shortcut supports.
